Colleen, General Manager
Colleen has lived in Lewiston for 17 years, and has worked in the restaurant business in some form all of that time.
She started working at Bridge Street Connection before moving on to manage the restaurant in the Red Lion Hotel, as well as its microbrewery, M.J. Barleyhopper’s. In 2005, she began managing Main Street Grill.
“I’ve managed an office before, and it drove me crazy. I missed the public. I like talking to people, the interaction and getting to know the regulars.”
