Kathy, General Manager
As the former owner of Carters Café in Lewiston, Kathy shares the Happy Day Corporation’s passion for food and quality ingredients.
She loves the freedom of creativity allowed at Southway Pizzeria & Deli. Kathy’s creativity has produced menu items like the Cheeseburger Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Loaded Potato Pizza.
Kathy has worked to create an inviting atmosphere with friendly service since Southway’s opening in 2006. She has also made sure to offer a unique menu of gourmet pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more!
