For more than five years, Nick has held his position at Tomato Bros. But before that, he was living in Nebraska installing fiber optic cables.
“I like food, so the switch came pretty easy to me,” he said.
He said he’s been experimenting with avocados lately. A new steak sandwich, with avocados, came out of that experimentation.
For Nick, going to work every day isn’t a chore, because staff and customers at Tomato Bros. are like a second family.
While he has a lot of favorites on the menu, if he had to pick one, it would be one of his new creations: Bacon Asparagus Pasta. Stop in and try it!
